Haven't listen to the show yet because I'm at work and I forgot my headphones but I have to say the struggle for power between Black Men & White Women goes way beyond the Democratic nomination race. I can speak for all Black Men in Corporate America when I say that the hostile environments created in the workplace are rarely from "the man" it is from the white women. Anytime I had an issue at work it was some White Woman who wanted to flex her authority, was upset because I questioned her thinking, refuse to brown nose, or even sleep with. As a matter of fact when us blacks would get together and have a pow wow the common problem with everybody was always with the white women. Ask any brother or sister in the corporate world & they will break it down to you. These white women feel that those positions of power are entitled to them because they are white! When you check them you have to deal with the reprecussions of bad reviews of your work and or being fired to them feeling threatened. That's why I don't date them, they have gave me a real fucked up view of themselves.
The show was off the hook. real talk !!! This show made up for not hearing from from flex in a minute. Man that was funny. okay ill stop. At the end it got boring when the last three caller tap in to the show. this one dude talking about a cd or some shit made my stomach hurt i g dam head started hurting hearing those callers at the end. funny show

i thought it was the "bipolar" girl calling cause dude and his friend maybe texted the phone number to her. she probably thought it was a joke at first, maybe. both callers said they was philiadelphia...
but why is mr. nasheed always hating on the developmentally disabled and calling that youtube dude "retarded"? i feel blessed to be at my level of intelligence... sometimes i feel that i am wasting it when i have to go to sleep.
i do agree his singing is wack though, and usually bust out to laughing uncontrollably when i hear it.
soulja boy song is total doodoo. this is why my parents want to retire (both public school teachers), cause of schoolkid mentality + concepts like this. that kanye west goldigger song is hot though.
i work in corprate america, and its plenty of caucasian men creating trouble for me. however, even more have treated me better than i would treat myself. i have dated mostly caucasian women in adulthood, cause they are the ones that cooperate most easily and effectively. i just sabotage it out of guilt (for african-american women) eventually.
chris brown get that money!!! its especially funny to me cause my aunt got her daughter a tickle-me-elmo doll for christmas one year, then ending up hiding it behind the house cause the doll reminded her of her shingles. elmo up in a shallow grave yall.
